Damn I had the other one for 4 years and I've had this one for 1 week. I guess tomorrow I'll request a RMA from ATI.

Ouch..thats right Steve...been there done that.My older ti 500 lasted 2 weeks then packed it in and I had to send it away for a new one.Man I hate when that shit happens.Oh and one more thing arron...go to start button..then run ...then type in ...msconfig...and go to start tab...see how many things are check marked...if there are a whole schwack...I mean a whole bunch...try unchecking everything you don't need to use...this may stop some of the bullshit that is slowing down your machine..I uncheck everything and start things manually...I even uncheck the catalyst control center for extra speed...just a thought...some of those things may be running even though it doesn't look like it...also...printer programs and such try to access the internet to send info once in a while(damn spies).
