When the lap info dialog pops up (from clicking the "statistics" button), showing all the stats for the chosen lap (intermediate times, aids used, etc.), it will say something at the bottom like "Corner checking successful" or something like that. Just under this and a little bit to the right are 2 buttons, the first of which is the "submit lap" button (if the corner checking was successful). If you just close this window without submitting the lap, it will add the little green check mark as if you had clicked the "check lap" button instead of the "statistics" one.

Finally, make sure you have installed the latest version of the telemetry application, which is version 0.111 or 4.111 (depending on where you look, the important part is the "111"). Also, make sure that you have installed it to the right F1C installation if you have the game installed more than once. The FTL telemetry application has bright blue borders all around the screen and has buttons to "choose the graphs" on the left side of the main screen (in case you doubt if it's installed correctly).

Wuuuuhuuu! I made it out of the 40's!

Now, I think it's gonna take MUCH longer before I make it to the 20's, if I ever make it...

It's also nice to see other NAR members recently joined the 'movement' too!

Lol Steve. You're in the best position to improve your score quickly... Every lap you post will probably bring your score down by 5 seconds or more...

I'm in the position where many tracks are at my PB or near-PB level, so improving them will not be so easy. I think I can get to ~35 relatively easy but after that, every improvement will have to be "fought" for...

As of yesterday (might support them today, FTL changes so quickly), only the stock tracks are supported. I do all my FTL running in the 2002 Season as I know I kept it "plain".

The only one that has worked so far and if you do it right it will work is.....monaco....Thats why I went back to using the 2002 cars because the tracks are also stock.France and Canada and others that are modified will not work unfortunately...bummer eh?....

ya i have work a lot lately, well 4 times a week. its enough for me, but i have time to hotlap. i am pretty sure you are the closest NAR member infron t of me, but there are a few right behind me. My stupid Momo wheel kept messing up with the brake peddle, if not i would have had a 1:12.8 at indy

My wheel is starting to act up too. But nothing that calibration doesn't fix....it's just I need to do it more often.

I finally got back into 1:13 at Hungary  ...wait...I was never in 1:13 at Hungary :o . Wow!! and I have a few more tenths where that came from. Hungary sorta sucks though. but, it's fun to hotlap there.

man your mad, i just got back into the 17s today. I was there last year at hungarian gp but then fell into the 18s. But there is time everywhere, the perfect lap would be in the high 12s. My wheel when it messes up, either has 20% brake,... or with the new drivers recalibrates and whenever it recalibrates has either 100% throttle or 100% brake and always 50% turning left and i go clear off the track. and with brake i stall
so if i vear off the track in a race this is why

I cleaned my peddles today though and did 38laps at indy and haven;t had problems since. Lol it was a deep clean, got a greasy popsiscle stick in there and pulled out a bunch of dust, maybe you should try it
