bad race for me. after a bad start i lost my FW after some laps. a pitstop fixed it and i was able to drive again. after the 2nd ( normal ) pitstop my brakes were very very bad. that why i lost my fw again 6 laps before end of the race. i went to pit again. i was there for 83 sec and after that i saw my front wing was still broken. so i droved further and has to push because i almost was -7 laps.

but i made it..

Heheh....well done!

I want to start off by congratulating Kaffemaskin to his jumpstart rendering a drive through penalty

Other than that, well.....Drago was doing his alien-warp-speed-style-driving this race. I qualified 2nd but knew that both Kaffe and RoadRunner probably was a littlew bit faster than me.

Kaffe eventually made it passed but I managed to keep RoadRunner behind, great drive people. Let's hope we never have to drive here again.....don't like this track. Thx Bernie for taking it off the calendar :D

wo hooo oki, this was exiting. The volvo team, having just being labeled as a terrorist company by mr. Bush, was ready to once again go at it!

ive never liked that last chicane, and indeed - did the qualy finish backwards over the finish line (hehe lucky the line is so close). stupid of me, and cost me the 2nd place (dunno about first if i had a shot with a good last stint). also almost losing it there on the warmup lap and getting a bad run into S1 didnt help.... 8)

but i had decided to try and give drago a fight for this one, so i was very very "hot on the porridge" (swedish expression) and whoa, jumpstarted. silly me should have just continued and tried to get a looong headstart before i did my drive through but fair as you are (damn heh) i stopped and wait for you other guys. overtook killa at the exit of estoril, did the first lap, and took the drive through. luckily the pit is so short here, so i ended up...well, almost last i think, but not very far behind. Its nice with the new physics to have all the dirty air that really makes for tough overtakings, got stuck a few laps behind philmax trying to find a opening (nice racing there m8) and finally got through, did a alonso on mike into imola although i gave up at the entry, was just trying to scare you ;), but you lifted too so i just went ahead. needed quite many laps to catch up with road and killa, and here there where some problems overtaking too :) , but since i'm the leapfrog master 8) i took it in the pits. Catched killa in the 2nd stind and here i really really got stuck, contemplated pitting early and getting some clean laps but decided to stay out as long as i could. got a weird miss when i hit the curb at the exit of grande curve/entry of estoril and took a run in the gravel. Thought i'd lost my driving being stuck behind martin doing low 15s but as soon as that damn car  went into the pits the laptimes dropped to mid/high 14s and i was able to stay out for 4-5 laps at least, so no problems with the leapfrogging here either. Had a scary moment when i actually spun :o  exiting the last turn and took the wall sliiightly but no worries. Then it was just a cruise, but still nice to secure 2nd after all that happened. Loads of fun (as usual) this one, and juding from the number of finished it feels like we've gone in the right direction with the physics change.

wellwell, drago was a alien this one and he was even brave enough to wait for me with 5 laps to go, only to pull away. had a scary moment when his car dissapeared for a few seconds so i decided to play it safe and stay away from there (you wont beat me that easy m8 ;) ).
always nice to pip the teamm8, and to make some overtakings. had a really really sweet one on noob where we both almost lost it under braking i think, but it ended fine. gotta love adelaide :)

congratz drago, congratz to all the finishes, and hopefully i can join silverstone next weekend.

Whoaaa!!

Good to be back in a GP car after a looong absense. :)

This was a bit last minute as usual this season.

Although I know this track quite well I am no big fan of it either. It will not be missed.

Qualis was fine, nothing fancy but no real mistakes either.
Race was going as I exspected.. perhaps a bit too slow on the second stint.

Then I really messed up.
I had put in 75 l per stint so I noticed I would be a bit short.
So when entering pitlane for the second time I was fiddling with the fuel load and managed to leave a wheel at the pit entrance.
I went for a pitstop anyways, but the repair time was something like 5 minutes, so I had to call it.

All in all, not a good race, but great to be back!

Congrats to everyone who finished!

yo guys, i knew to be fast here , but not that way.
Maybe u guys didn't like at all this track and the new phisic made its game, because i don't think there is sutch a difference from me and you all.
Imao , pushing for all the race i could have finished race up to 10 sec behind second place , but i slowed down , so no one will know it :)
I have few time to practice for next race , so don't waste this chance :)
Cu at Silverstone.

If you jump start again, if time is left, you can move backward to position, and then you will be fine, but it must be done before THE Start. The game wont penalize you, but if you do it at las sec, no chance!
