RFactor will have rain don't know how soon but it is being tested as we speak in Malaysia.

Yes, that IS rF, yes it IS raining now, and yes it IS still very much WIP. But in the most recent version the FPS is already a lot better.
As for the track--I had fun putting it together. I never cared much for this track, but I think this version is very fun to drive (or maybe it just grew on me while I was working on it ). I think it looks a bit better than the conversion myself, but I suppose I'm biased

yeah, rain is going to be great to add to the mod, but as far as i know, eatch time in F1C99-02 i putted rain on my server for fun race, but everybody were leaving the server after few minutes telling that rain suck, was too hard, too slipery. All want only the thrill of testing, but never want to do race on it... even for fun.
But that show that rfactor is always improving, witch is excellent news. Im shure it will be available on the next 'paid' version of rfactor update.

Here is a pic of what in RF kinda looks like or what they have so far.
The guy that took the picture has a very old digital camera but I did try to clean it up. You can not really see the rain but I think the cloud cover and the wet track is pretty good.
