I agree with Hitman.I just did a few laps at first to look at the scenery..hahahha....fantastic eye candy Steve...thanx m8.
Last night the best I could get was a 1:24.117.I could not for the life of me break into the 1:23 barrier.I have a feeling flow may do that soon.

I gave a look to Euro race result for Albert Park and i noticed that qualy lap from killa was 1.26.5 and his fastest race lap was 1.26.8 .
Now , Carreara did 1.24  , so is the track different in shape too , or just you NA guys are so fast ??
I'm curious ; now i have to install new Melbourne and do some lap :).

Yeah must be that....or perhaps gravity changed since then or perhaps we drove on gravel I don't remember but there is NO WAY that ANYONE is faster than me

LOL at Killa hehehehehehehe

Yes the phisics or something changed because my best lap here ever was a 1:28 or 29.
And I broke in to the 1:26 yesterday and it was with mistakes.

SteveB can confirm if I'm right but I think it's a different conversion from what the Euro div raced on earlier this season.

might it be the GP4 version of the track? It sure looks different than any EA version I've ever seen.
I may be slow, but at least I'm consistantly slow !

Finally i tested the track yesterday : it seems a very good job Steve :) :)
The phisic of the car could have been also different , but i was not able to drive the qualy or race setup i had in an old setup backup folder.
With 25 litres i was not able to do less than 1.27 :( .
Then Juan kindly sent me his setup and soon i did an 1.24.7 .
That can only conferm my theory that i'm not so bad in driving skill, but have to learn a lot about setup lol .
To the faster driver : pls try to share more setup and hints with slower driver ; you will not loose part of you driving skill and they will only have more fun on track with this nice game.

C u on track,

Thanks guys, I am very happy you all like the Australia track. :)

Please can you also do some fuel usage tests, I think it isn't right.
Do like 20 lap stint, if you use lower fuel you won't get proper fuel usage.

I will also do a test tonight.

Keep an eye out for any updates in the OFFICIAL TRACK thread.

Oh ya AUSTRIA (A1 RING) will be released either tonight or tomorrow night 100%

Thanks again. :)

Hitman was a 1:28

These were from last night and are pretty close to last seasons times.
