New to NAR and need a seat.

Post by Casper Hedegaard »

Hey all

I'm new in F1 (online) and need a seat at NAR. I have been played GTR for over one year and need more speed he he.

Something to compare with:
1:15.9 at Hockenheim with the new v. 1.06

Hey Casper

I am one of the two supervisors for the Euro division, the other one being Drago. So if you have any questions that you don't want to post here on the forum just send one of us a PM, ok. Supervisors for the North American division are Flow and Bilbo and these guys can answer questions aswell.

We have unfortunatelly lost a few drivers over the summer, they seem to vaporize in the summer heat.....the up side for you is that there are plenty of atractive seats available. All cars have same performance.

List your first 3 race seat (teams) choices here and we'll see what we can do, ok.

We are currently racing with F1 champions v1.05 +fix.
Next track will be Turkey, we race next sunday at 20.00 CET. Please familiarize yourself with our rules and take a look at the calendar aswell to make sure you can attend all races. Ofcourse if there is a good reason to miss a race you can ofcourse but please try to come to all races.

Do you know anyone in NAR from before? Has any NAR drivers seen you drive online?

Yes it was Dennis Johansen who took me into this. I have not played the f1 much yet, but I am used to play GTR on a serious plan online. I need to practice a bit more before joining the races, so I will skip the race at Sunday, but should be ready to race after that.

1. Ferrari
2. Midland
3. Red Bull

Our next race is next sunday, September 10th I think is the date. We would also like to see you on track sometime before that just to make sure you can drive the track in the right direction you know

We don't have any demands that our drivers must be quick when they join, we try to help people that need help and most drivers will share their setup if needed.

Things that we find important though is fair racing and respect for your fellow drivers. I hope you can accept our rules, look a few extra times on the track cutting rules because we are very strict on this point in order to get the most fair racing possible.

When you join one of our practice servers please ask a NAR driver, preferably a supervisor (Flow, Bilbo, Drago or me) if one is present, to drive a couple of laps with you. Then ask the driver(s) you drove with to report to the admins that they have been on track with you and that it worked well and so on.

Okay, that is fair
I like the 1.06 version so much more than 1.05, have you any date on when you will switch to the new version?

We don't have a date yet, no. I think it is still in testing. I heard something about a release next weekend but it might be later.

We also have to test it properly to make sure it works good for everyone before we can switch, hopefully we can run a few of the last races with v1.06
