FRANCE circuit

Post by SteveB »

Just to update you on FRANCE.

The circuit will be ready this week for testing, I just have a couple of things to move, all re-texturing is done.

Alot of things have been added as well as a few things taken out.
This is NOT my conversion I beleive it is a GP4 but comparing it to F1CHALLENGE 2005 FRANCE circuit some things were in the wrong place and some things were missing so I had to add them in.

Again it is up to you what track you want to race on I will post mine as soon as it is ready(within the next couple of days)

GERMANY will follow within 1 week of the OFFICIAL release of FRANCE.

Look in PRIVATE forum for download links

Ok to keep you updated on FRANCE I will post here.

As of tonight the PIT EXIT LIGHTS are now working properly and I have the fuel usage within 1 litre of F1 CHALLENGE 2005 FRANCE CIRCUIT.

Also the FPS has been improved.

Please share your feedback so I know if ALL is ok. :)

Hello SteveB
First the track looks great as always (:clapping:)

Ok in the above post you say you fixed the pit lights and got better FPS
Is this fix already in the private section or have you not uploaded it yet.

In any case the version I tried
Fuel With 4 laps of fuel I only got about 2 1/2 laps
Pit out 1 hotlap and then a little over a half lap

FPS for me it is a little low
In pit lane 40 FPS
On Track 50 to 54 FPS
I did not try diffrent settings all my settings are on medium to low.

Did not find any invisable walls or anything like that.

Other wise the track is very good of course I have always loved this track.

Thanks for all the work you do and thanks for continueing to do it.

I might not be fast, But I am ahead of you.

Yeah

Track looks great, not the one im used to seems long right is a little tighter but maybe thats me.

Grips ok , love the undulations, is that real F1Chall was nearly flat.

Fps very low for my system.

other than that very good thx matey. Found no oddities.

Ai do 113-5 at 120% ouch

Thanks for your feedback guys, I really appreciate it.

The FINAL version will be in the private foum this weekend, I just have to do final testing.

In the FINAL version the fuel and pit lights are fixed and your FPS should be better(I hope :) )

I compared the FUEL USEAGE with F1 CHALLENGE RH 05 FRANCE and I am within 1L, I hope that is acceptable to ALL of you... :)

I did alot of work to try and get things working right hopefully it was acheived.

Yes STEVE-OOOOOOOOOOOO like I mentioned this isn't my conversion but alot of hours have been spent altering and re texturing things so it looks and feels like F1 :) I think you will be very happy with the changes I've made.

I am happy that you like that track so far.
