How do I get a password for the NAR forum??

You don't need a separate password, you just need to be added to the NAR usergroup. I add people as soon as I see someone new. Due to work and sleep it might take up to 24h before someone is added to the group...

Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to delegate this task to more than one user.
