well up to now i can publicly say that you still have the last word. We only has little minor problem with new driver asking to join, your busy and cant awnser them fast, but i think we coud fix that problem with and CC mail to another member to help you on that for end of season. Being aways is not bad also, you have an away overview of situation, but not being there can have also some negative effect, but not big problem also.

A «vote de confiance» (public vote) is not a bad thing if you want too.
I woud suggest this, since we are 3/4 of season done, we coud let the season go as is.

But for 2006, i woud suggest more somthing like this. (taking in consideration we still have 3 divisions, will see later)

1 boss
3 supervisor for eatch division
(Both need to be voted by all driver of eatch end of season for next season)

The 3 supervisor will have some meeting and take care of theyr own division situation.
if problem is encounter, then the boss will have to take final decision, like a judge. The boss wont have any word to say whatever in division he his racing or not racing at all.
Only warning can be sent to the driver in fault and CC to the Boss.
No pelality can be attribute unless the boss aprouve it. Then when the Boss feel penality must be sent, he ask a vote from 3 superviser. That way no personnal feeling or angryness can interupt processus.

For rules changing or major decision on management,
the superviser take the feeling of drivers (by discussion or public vote) and discuss it with the boss and other supervisor. If a majority (4 votes yes from 3 supervisor and boss) is get, then it can be apllied to the league or sent in public vote.

Its only suggestion, Its in part from my personnal opinion and from 1-2 other drivers discussion in the past few month to try to improve the league.[/b]

Hey Flow I kinda like that idea. Sounds like a good democracy :D. Anyway we have lots of time to figure this stuff out, but I think we should all start thinking about it.

Anyway, I'll see ya later,

Its not 100% my own suggestion as told, but catch idea here and here and add to my personnal opinion that made me think like that. Bilbo have alot of comb reasonable thinking also on that possibility...

Your my boss Cart, i respect it!, lol no offend if i or we seem to push thing even if you were not there. I did little go over my competence on testing driver or so, but is was only to make things going faster or not to have angry driver that whant to join. I hope i didnt overpass you in your authority, was not ment to block you in the corner. I woundnt be good at a lonely boss job, its not my expectation. Good job from you up to now, but maybe with those suggestion woud correct the little lack cause by your school occupency.

Any can suggest theyr opinion, im not representing the majority here, hehe

All other suggestion is welcome and good to all of us. 8)

Hi Guys,

Well if I understand Flow correctly I think it would be a great idea.
I am sure that it would take alot of pressure off just having 1 person making ALL the decisions, also if there is a decision to be made and for whatever reason 1 can't be reached there are 3 others that can go ahead with making such decision.

With this I believe making the NAR family BIGGER and STRONGER.

As a new member here I am always in AAAWWWW of this league and still cannot believe I am here racing with such AMAZING guys and talent.
I love this league so much I tell EVERYBODY about NAR with alot of pride and joy.

HATS off to CART RULZ, FLOW, BILBO and DP and anyone else who devotes their time and efforts to give us this realistic racing league to be a part of.(I hope I didn't offend anyone)

CHEERS GUYS!!!

BRING ON HUNGARY!!!!!! LOL

just my opinion.

To bring this thread back to its original subject, I'll just thank F1motion for his questions as they point out some flaws in our "league documentation" and we'll try to fix or make it clearer at some point, hopefully before next season. It's always good to have a different view on things we take for granted.
