I was wondering what if ???...If Alonso had started near the pole he would have smoked everyone.As for Michael Schumacher..well...he closed the door on Nick heidfeld and paid the price.His own damn fault.I was happy to see him retire.Served him right for squeezing Nick out like that.Webber really didn't do much and the Mclarens just sucked basically.Renault just got better than last year and they will be hard to beat this year.I think Alonso has the best chance to be champion this year.I also think we better all learn Spanish..LOL......

why is erestemating everyone Fisichella
believe me that guy is fast and i think Alonso is gonna have a hard time with him.
I put mine money on Fisichella he is more experienced then alonso and i think at the end of the year he is standing above him in the ranking.

Ho yeah, Schumi close the door. I cant beleive why he close the dorr in his position. What, he was trying to fisht for what??/"$/!. This give an excuse to Ferrari to not finish the race, and since he dont finish, Schumi can change is engine but not driver who finish the race, cause engine must last for 2 GP. HAHA another way of playing with rules, Schumi had nothing too lose!!!

BAR did the same they could have finished but they also DNF'd on purpose to change engine for next race.

Ferrari MS, will use the same engine as in Australia, so that way, they will be able to put the new car on track at next race with new engine.
Rules of same engine for 2 GP is modify, YES they said that Honda wont be able from now to do same as Melbourne. They will make difference between driver thant CANT FINISH and driver that DONT WANT TO FINISH. I more happy of it. But since that new rule, they make less lap on day before the race, so the show is less interesting when you assist. Car do the minimum of practice lap to save the engine... A good solution always come with a bad side....

LOL o yes this year its a bit more interesting again cuz a renault won the race and because the redbuls are flying

Besideds that i readed a nice story some days ago from Pat symonds (renault team developer). He says it has all to do with the earodynamics that f1 cars almost cant overtake eachother. He says it has to do with zog, some wild turbulence wich occurse behind a F1 car. Its there all the time and it can be 150m long
. He says that a f1 car who drives behind that will have 15% less downforce and makes a car instable. I think you can image that this way its almost imposible to drive real close behind eachother especialy in corners where you need the grip.
If i was one of the rule makers i would do this for next season, resrict the defuser and wings and no more extra wings on sidepods. Hmm another thing lol did someone saw the cockpit from the williams

I know what you mean every season now they come up with these new bullshit rules that hurt more then help.
Hell they want to save the teams money (And I understand Why) but get rid of the electronics crap that would save money right there and a shit load of it. you won't have to buy and replace computers and all that tracking equipment plus it would cut the pit crew in half. I cant beleave how many guys are in a pit crew in F1 its like every one has one job and one job only. I dont think any one of them do 2 diffrent jobs.
As for this years new rules
This one 2 race thing is going to hurt more then anything it is yet to me seen but now with the higk possbility that more teams will have engine failure in the 2nd race you end up with less cars finishing.
This will lead to less intrust from the fans
and then less sponcership and this = less money all the way around.
You would think they would at least let them check the motor out and fix it to a certain extent at least to finsh a race.
I will add that when these engines go they go taking parts of the car with then cuasing even more damage and costing even more money.
And in a bad situation taking one or more cars with it.
As for the wings these cars are way to powerful at the moment to race with out wings. I doubt weather in there present configuration if they or any one could drive a F1 car around the track with out wings.
But yes less get the driver to do his job and drive the car.

Haha, true but youl never get Ferrari take off the electronic, they are the 1st team to say no to even the smallest thing that make them slower or back in technology.
Im looking forward to see what the regroupment of motorist will do after 2007, hope they will be intelligent, Ferrari seem to be the only one to continue with Ecclestone, and they all think that its not gonna happend, time will tell.
