A NAR Winter NASCAR league?

Oh and what about the percentage of the race? should we do like 25% sprints or 50%? I think 100% is a bit crazy with these NASCAR races, I'd probably fall asleep before it ends, and they can last like 3 hours.

Sunday evenings is OK with me. As for setups, I'd prefer fixed (make it a driver's race) but if it's open, I'll probably be using the Jasper ones anyways...

Well Bilbo I sort-of agree. If we run open setups I can't imagine we would be far from the Jasper setups anyway. Also we all need to learn how to tweak these stock cars. Besides, what the hell is a wedge? (Just kidding)

Here's a quick preliminary schedule. I tried to mix up the different types of tracks. Opinions good or bad are always welcome.

The only thing I can think of is the port forwarding. You should open ports 32766-32809 with UDP.

Lets try again tomorrow night, if you can't get it then I could host for a bit.

Are you use the NoCd patch from moterSports I know this is and can not be related but could this be why it would not let me try the Serria servers.

Hello Guys
I need some help and I have a couple of questions.
I can not seem to see any races nor can I host races it seems.
I installed the game then I did the nocd patch and I can not see any races to jion them.

I also had this game loaded on my Dedicated server and I can not see the race info. The Company that I rent the server from say it is working so I am thinking the problem might be here at home but have no idea what it could be.

A couple of questions
Does this game automaticly search for games when you click on Multiplayer and jion. Or is there a button or something (Like refresh in F1 C) that I have to click to search for races. I mean I do not see anything in the list. Now either this game is not that poular or everyone is raceing on Sierra servers wich we can not do with the noCd patch.

Also if anyone is around.
I am going to setup the dedicated server and set the practice time for a hour or so, It is 2:00 PM PST In California so I will leave it open for a hour with no password.
If you have a few minutes can you just check to and see if you can see the race and log in. That will at least tell me if it is the server or it is on my side.

If you do try can not see the server let me know onw way or the other.

hm, you will NOT see any games with the No CD patch Hitman, you have to use the cd to use the Sierra servers, also have to create an account, once you click MultiPlayer, you then have to click Race Sierra to get to the servers. Thats where it will ask you to create an account m8

But how do you host or jion with the no CD patch.
It is installed on the server but on the server I can not run it with the CD so I have to use the no cd patch.
From what I was reading
If the server has the same files I do then I should be able to see and jion the game.

It has a DedIcated server app and that is what I am running on the server side. But when in the jion screen I do not see any races whats so ever. Very confusing to me.

I should be able to host from home as you should be able to with out Sierra.

I don't know if you tried it, but (assuming you are behind a firewall/router) try to join using your internal (LAN) IP address (192.168.x.x) and if that does not work, try your external IP address.

Also, make sure your dedicated server is not set to advertise on Sierra or you will probably not be able to join with the no-cd...
