A NAR Winter NASCAR league?

Post by aawil »

Anyone interested in this? For fun of course. Maybe even run a fixed setup to reduce the workload and make the racing more interesting. I was thinking pick a few of the best tracks to run on. Either way I figure i would open it up for discussion. :)

I would gladly take part in a few NASCAR winter races, especially if they use fixed setups (don't have that much time and still gotta train for F1).

Sure I'd love to do that. We should do Daytona and Bristol for sure, and a couple others. If we have fixed setups maybe we could even run every Sunday, and have a championship. This could be lots of fun :D :D :D.

I'm glad you guys are interested. :) I have the game but never get a chance to use it because that's time i could be using in F1. The nascar game is pretty damn good too. I'm looking forward to this.

I surely hope we're talking about Papy's Nascar Racing 2003 Season because EA's NASCAR GAMES never captured my interest (even though I bought NT2004 (cheap) to try to adapt the dedicated server for F1)...

Who's gonna run around the track in reverse direction at the start to wreck everyone? Now, that's required to REALLY make it like a Papy server!

funny you should mention that bilbo.
I had that happen many times and kept my cool even though i got plowed head on.the purpitraitor was abruptly kicked and i went to another server also..but then again someone was running around in reverse again..sheeesh...how old are these kids anyway???.
on the other hand...i only saw a person running in reverse once in toca race driver 2...he missed me as i was in the lead but took out the second place guy who was catching me in a gt40...hehehe...and so my rating went up and his went down..LOL...although he was cursing and swearing profusely for several minutes...i of course thanked the culprit just before he got kicked out..LOL...

The worst thing is that they were organized. The wreckers had leagues where they got "points" for the wrecks they caused, with bonus points for taking the leaders out and probably extra points for doing it with style too... Totally disgusting. :x

I want in

Post by Ruben Miranda »

Hello All
I would like to get in on the winter league.
Really don't have much experience with Nascar but want to get in on the action if I can.
So who do I talk to about it
What game are you using and what Mod if any
and what is the schedule.

I do have 04 thunder already Have not installed yet that tells you how good I am in Nascar.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello
Well I did a search and they are so many and from the internet the locals places do not show they have it any more. Like CompUSA and such, Unless they have it in there in the old game catagory.
I want to make sure I am searching for the right one The maker is Papy but the game company who put it out is Serria Right.

Let me know
