Hey Dutch,

Try a program called Ad-Aware 6.0. I think you can get it from download.com, but maybe you already tried this, and I didn't really help, lol.

I had same spyware problem here, and it was not easy to remove that from your computer. I tried a lot of software like adawre, spybot ... but nothing. How do I solve that? I'm using netscape now and forget the bill gates browser.

Interesting article HERE. Mostly a study of a Windows machine "survival" once hooked to the internet. Last year, it survived for 40 minutes before getting infected, now this is down to 20 minutes this year, meaning you don't even have time to download and install the Windows Updates supposed to protect you before you're hit with something bad...

Makes you feel good to have spent a little bit of money on an external firewall/router!

I had the same problem and I solved it...

Do this.

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and check waht prosecces are running (I forgot wich one you must have) but it starts with web.........0.exe. I think you have 2 of them (web........1.exe also). Stop these progs. Be quick because it will start again.
Delete the folder (with the same name) in your program files folder. Check CTR+ALT+DEL again.

Restart computer and press F8 and startup in save mode (veilige modus). Run Adaware 6 in save mode. All registery settings from this crap will now be deleted.

Restart computer and it's fixed :D .
