A fix for the HAT hassle in the PLR file!

If you are sick of always remembering to delete the HAT files, just go to your PLR file and find the "Graphic Options" section. The very bottom most line in that section reads "Always Rebuild HAT file ='0'". Change that value to '1'. Now you should never have to mess with those HAT files again 8)
