Race restarts:

If the server crashes before 50% of the race is completed, the race will be restarted. Drivers will start in the positions they had on the last lap before the server crashed. The number of laps left in the race will be as many as when the server crashed.

If the server crashes after 50% of the race is completed, then the race is over and official. Points will be given as usual.

Lap 27, i think... out of 70? not even half..!!!

We were well beyond lap 27. I pitted around lap 34-35 and then ran several laps before the crash.

My net connection dropped after (according to the server logs) 39 laps done by the leader. By the rules, the race is considered completed.

I will post the log files and replay here in a few minutes.

Sorry about this, my net connection really does not drop often and it decided to do it tonight. It's been raining and today being the national moving day, I guess my ISP had trouble dealing with all that or maybe it's just a fluke, who knows?

Ok, then il post my race resume then.

My qualif was shit, i spun and even went out of fuel crossing the finish line with engine off... my bad mistake at last minute.

The race was just awsome for the first time, i say it in the way we were 3 fighting for pos 2-3-4, and aaron was gettin away with pos 1. I must say that it was almost impossible to stay behind Brad, the car was not staying on track, and i had to sloow down so mutch, that it was impossible to pass, untill mistake comes in front. Hitman did a mistake, and brad lost control and i dig my way, forcing hitman to not stay in front of me. From there i was second, 10 sec behind Aaron. I was not able to be stable, and gap went to 18 sec.

Aaron pit sooner then me, so i was 1st untill i pit. I was on 2 stop and i beleive aaron on 3 stop, with let me know that it would of been a close race at end. i finaly start to make some fast lap after aaron's second pit, starting to understand the way to driver the car, my fault, lack of practice.

Just when the server crash I was 2 second in front of Aaron, and i had 14 laps of fuel to burn untill he would of get back the lead, giving me the occasion to not let him get away again. Dam, that would of been a finish ass in ass Aaron, but i cant say who would of been in front of who, i would need to make a little equation just for fun.

You guys did better than me. I lost it in the first corner and to add to my woes, the car got stuck on the red and white curb and then I blow my engine trying to get off the freakin curb :x . As far as I am concern you guys had good day. My race was a loss.

Oh well, better luck at Silverstone.

Above is all the info that I have. In the reports, there is a mismatch between what is showed as race results and what is shown in the graphs at the bottom. I guess the admins will have to sort it out with the replay (which hopefully is OK, I haven't watched it yet).

I think the reason is flow disappeared and was dropped from the server before me. Now that i think about it I was in the lead before it crashed for me.

Hello
Well for my first real stint with the new physics. My race was going pretty good was having a great battle trying to keep up with Arron and keep Brad and Flow behind me not a easy task by no stretch of the imagination :D
But I did it for a few laps then make a big mistake and both got by me :(

In any case discounting a few mistakes I was doing well until the server dropped was on a 2 stopper wondering what the out come would have been.

Cu guys @ Silver Stone I hope.
