A word of apology.....

Post by Navigator »

Hi guys; I would like to apologyse here for my action at the start of the Malaysian GP.
I got in a hole between two cars, wanted to brake a bit early to be cautious but fucked up anyway.....locked up and hit P2M noob 1234 in the back; I'm really sorry for this P2M!
As a result of that my car came around on the track and some guys were really bothered by that; I didn't see who they were......I can only hope they didn't have to much trouble and that they had no damage. To these guys too; sorry guys!

Finally I spun and drove onto the track while Limpy was coming.......
I had a few of those dum moments in only 2 laps time......

When I drove off my rearwing after two laps, I decided not to go for a new one but just stop racing so I couldn't "hurt" anyone else......

So; sorry guys for my stupid moves, I really tried to be carefull, it "just didn't work".

Believe me, if there is one guy here who gets really quick pissed of for the slightest thing that goes wrong, its me and now I fuck up for others.......so if there are guys who want my head on a plate; I can imagine!!

It seemed like I didn't had the car under control the whole day with this bizar ending.......

Sorry guys, and if you think I dont belong here, just say the word; I understand.

I am sure they understand (I was not involved). This happens to everyone from time to time. Too bad about your race.
Better luck next time

as u all know i retired from malaysia gp while being 1st because my car wouldnt leave the pits... if anyone could pls tell me what happened i would really appreciate it...i trained hard for this gp i wouldnt wanna lose another chance because of something like this....

some say it's because my lcd was showing my tyres (as i always keep it during a race) ... is that true ?

thank you all, and congrats to all drivers, especially kaffe ! :)

maybe Qler, but usualy, in previous version of rfactor, when you pit in with pit LCD on, you just count pit in, crew was never working on your car and you had or to change LCD scree or leave pit and come back. But not being able to pit out, 1st time i hear that.

Will take a look at replay if we can see what hapend, but change are limited.

Try back a private race session to see if it hapens again.

I didn't get hit in the start.. in fact I made a bit of a clumsy 1st corner myself.

But Nav, everyone gets nervous in the real race.
Nothing works like in practice.
Don't worry about it!
Since it happens to everybody, everybody generally understand when it is an accident.
It gets easier with each race.

(I didnt see the replay) Drokick, dont worry. If you did mistake, admin will just warn you and maybe put you under probation (means they will just keep an closer eye on you) and if after few race, your not good for racing, admin will let you know. Every one have theyr 1st time, and all have the same chance.

Other than that, 1st race, every single mistake will make you feel so bad that its making you see it so worst in your head  . (i didnt see the replay) but once you setup up fine, and start to feel at ease (i think we never do it at 100%) you will start to take your place and fight your way trought the finish line. You may still be so nervous first few race, and even the complete season  Keep it up!
