New Blue Overlay Screen

Steve B found this on the RSC forum and both he and I installed it. I think that you should give it a try.

Basically it replaces the orange screen when you have loaded the game, so that the spinner background is now blue.

More importantly it adds some interesting features to your Garage and view screens while in Game, it adds a button to access your telemetry without ALT-Tabbing to desktop. It also shows the speed, rpm and gearing data to a window when you are viewing another car in monitor.

Wouhou, thanks i like that, some spy telemetry info... well we can have it by pitting out and changing view, but now you can stay in garage to know it. Not shure about the spinning window, looke little empty, but nice feature, no bugs up to now.
