Wheel setup
I want to share with you about this setup adjustment i found and help me to gain 1 seconde and more stability in Germany track, with same car setup. Maybe it wont work for you, and some of you may already know about it.
See pict, if you set your Trottle and Brake axis sensibilty form 0% to 100%, you will have a big difference on the pedals.
(for me brake/gax on same axis)
On clip 1, i push my gas pedal to 50% with my foot. i put the setting to 0%
In clip 1, at 50% of pedal travel, i have 50% of speed trottle.
On clip 2, i push my gaz pedal to 50% with my foot. I put the setting to 100%
In clip 2, at 50% of pedal travel, i have 100% of speed trottle.
Can you imagine the difference? This mean that Axis setup at 0% i have double travel, this means the axis is 50% less sensitive to variation of pressure by my foot. This reduce my possibility of error on gaz and brake of 50%. With that i have 200% more control on accel in corner, and braking in low speed corner!
My axis may not be on same of you, find yours. You can do same with stearing axis. I use 80%, cause i turn more with less wheel angle, this mean less slip and less friction.
Hope this tip will help you. Good luck!

thx flow ... will try it when I am back at home at the weekend!
killa ... flow gave a tip for wheel settings ... and I allrdy heard from klaaz that this tip does not work for his wheel ... so this tip might be senseless for ppl using a momo.
now we know what wheel flow is using ... and I will test it with my wheel when I am back at home ... then we know it the tip from flow will make sense with the thrustmaster f1 ff ...
hope this made it a bit more clear for you to understand why I was asking flow what wheel he is using

These settings will give different results for different wheel models (actually, pedal models) due to different pedal construction and device drivers. You may compare this to the different brake pedal or power-steering "feel" among different real-life cars. Some have great effect with just a little movement while some others you need a lot of force/movement just to get a perceptible effect (which means it's probably time to have your car repaired!).
Better to experiment with the settings yourself and find what works for you...

I have np, but not same wheel, so maybe wont help. I realy feel that the trottle is smother and i can accel more sooner and smothly with car in curve instead of and hard accel only when car is straight. Few .sec eatch corner and your realy faster everywhere. In fact i didnt gain 1 sec in pure speed. Its because i have more control, and with only this change, i gain 1 sec overall from eatch corner more controled on my qualif lap with no change to setup and driving line.
Still few Euro will be faster then me, hehe

My guess would be that they are using a spline to map controller input to pedal position and that this menu lever controls the middle control point:
So putting it on 0% makes it less jumpy when negotiating a corner (low throttle) and also allows you to get out with less wheelspin.
