I guess pretty much everyone here has WinXP on a whole range of PCs old and new and I don't remember hearing of any XP-specific problems.

Unless you mean WinXP64, which is something entirely, but not quite, almost totally different...

Hi F1motion, yes we are open to new member, but seat are almost all fill up, but i think 1-2 is left open. The thing before is we need to know how you react on track. You dont need to be the fastest one, but in NAR we all need to be fair on track, clean driving and be real gentleman. Speed goes in 2nd. The season is now around 70% completed.

Since your new with F1C, get our mod on the web site in the download section, adn join us on open practice session, or create one and have fun. You must get use the MEN version mod of F1c, not rh04  hihi, but rh03 physic and we use No help at all (only launch control on start).

Usualy practice server is named NAR practice or NAR (... whatever...). Theyrs no official server open 24h/days, but we all prey rfactor F1 mod will be fun and we all switche on it for next season. That mean we will have a server 24/24 7/7 for practice... Sorry you spent $$ on F1C, but rFactor is probably going to kill F1C, lol. go on http://www.rfactor.net and try the demo version or buy it for around 47$ CAN (35$US i thik).

Cya on track.

and am running a nividia geforce 5900xt card.Any thoughts?

Oh and by the way have you guys ever played GTR I have the demo and its really hardcore. The best sim i have ever played maybe it can be modded for f1.

hmmm, runs great on my machine m8, did you make sure to run the 3d config 1st? try starting it in dx8 mode instead of dx9, if that doesn't work, try dx7

i have GTR, and it is a GREAT sim, but the net code on it isn't very good, so even if < and i doubt it will happen now that rfactor is out > someone made an F1 mod for it, we wouldn't use it, rfactor is da future !!!
also, your specs are a tiny bit weak on your machine for rfactor, at least if you want to turn on the eye candy, BUT you should be able to run it if you turn down the graphics options

But I did install f1 2000 to practice with.I 've been practicing most of the day on the spa track with no aids and its tough but really fun.
I'll continue this until f1c gets here then download the mods.
