 somebody forgot to adjust brake ducts after qualifing, ive found that person and fired them  fun race, i decided on 2 stop strategy, thinking flow and motor would go 3. i figured they would be faster, and i think they both were. to bad about motor, i thought the 3 of us were going to have a close race. i got a good start on the 8th restart (jk:) opened up a slight gap, motor went out, flow was second, then most of the race was trying to maintain the gap to flow. he was faster for most of first stint, i was having a great first stint and he was still closing, but as he would find out, i was on 2 stop  everything was going as planned, flow switched to 2 stop, but i had a gap at that point so i felt i was safe. then, ironically, a lap after i set fast lap, i lost left front brake. lap later, right front. then i went about 4 laps with just the rears, with my 2nd stop in the middle of those 4 laps. i would have waited for a pad/rotor change, but my mechanics are lazy asses. anyways, left pit, lost rears about 2 laps later, went the rest of the way like that. ended up 3rd, so not to bad i guess. sorry to everyone those last 15-20 laps, i tried to stay out of the way as much as i could(except for flow, i tried but couldnt stop him :)

Could somebody please confirm that Motorhead's qualification time is really 1:16.652 or should it be 1:15.652 instead (which would be logical with the above Q order)?

Hello All

Bilbo yes Motor time was a 1:15.+ I edited the above post.

Well I wrote this out earlier but the post is not there, So Here I go Again

My Race went as my Favorite group would say

The Song remains the same
I started out pretty good I was behind Flow about 3 secounds for a few laps not trying to pass him just trying to stay close and put the presure on I think it was working but I was having a lot of trouable with that chicane in practice and it bitme in the ass most of the race. I lost time there a lot and also spined and Flow pulled away and Arron passed me. So I had catch up to Arron and when I did (I am not sure) but I think he went a little wide in the first turn so he had to brake hard to and when he did I came right up on him very fast I almost missed him I braked came hard to the left but not enough and I bumped him. I lost my front wing I don't think he got any damage. Well I got even more behind and had to really push to catch up to Arron and then I went after flow.
I new with the mistakes I was making and if flow did not make any mistakes there was no way I would catch him. But I gave it my all and I got close but no Cigar.
My setup was just perfect for me is was that lousy driver that screwed the pouch,
Still had a lot of fun

And Brad it was 20 restarts not 15

Arron I hope I did not ruin your race If I did my Applogizes :D

Hi all, now im back to real life after that 6 hour car to go back home. I spent a wonderfull nice weekend at beatch, realy hot and sunny all 4 days...

The race now... hehe

It was the worst nightmare race of lag i never had, I even ask to be put at end but Hitman didnt want to... :? You guys all 4 where going always in grass and apearing back on track. It was impossible for me to pass anyone in the race by close fighting... BUT!, haha

As Brad and Hitman where explaining, i was for the 1st part of race, 3 sec behind of Brad, and 3 sec in front of Hitman trying hard to keep up with Brad and getting away from Hitman.. dam hard job to do ( i was having 2 spectator in my back for all race, my causins were watching me, ) I lost  Motorhead at lap 2 or 3 i think, he went wide in wall after the pit straight in the S... I felt sad loosing him. Then what i was expecting, i realized that Brad was on 2 stop, so i made my 2 first pit as planed (3 stops total) i went 19 lap, then 17 laps and then i decide to put 35 laps fuel and tried to fight Brad... with 15 sec behind Brad at lap 50 (around) i saw the Chronos melted down to few sec, so i though, YES no brake for him... then i went sunday driving to the end (gna i was sweting all end of race  ), Hitman was comming back but i was saving my car, and tring to save my confortable advance... I went lucky, When i pass Brad he was in the grass, unless i woud never be able to do it, too many lag, that never happend before, but i was not suppose in theory to race, i was there by luck, so i was plaining only to finish, but 1st is better than i expected. I felt also sad for Aaron who i didnt realy see in race...

By the way, a little secret, my brake were set to 6, if that can help some, and the brake pressure... il let you only a clue, its was lower than Bilbo pressure, hehe

Like i alwasy say, i prefer being slightly slower, but safe to the end, concentrating only on strategy to get my way to the end... 8)

Cya Sylverstone, my 1st race in NAR was there, it will be my 1st year birthday in NAR at that track, hope il have a nice 1st place for acompaining my 1 candle on cake, hihihi.

Web site will be update wednesday night, sorry for dealy, alot of work catching up to do...

Funny Hitman, I also have one of my favorite groups (Soulfly) that has a song titled "The song remains insane". I think it would apply here too.

BTW, congrats to all those who finished! 8)

I certainly owe hitman an apology. I did get in there too wide and it really screws up the next corners. I think I looked in the mirror to see where you were and missed the turn in point. I didn't realize that we actually touched. I figured you tried to avoid me and went off. I felt pretty bad about that. Somewhere after that hitman ended up about 3 to 4 seconds ahead of me. Once I started hitting my marks I think it was down to like 2.2 seconds. To my surprise not sure if he made a few mistakes. But I caught a curb wrong and my race was never the same cause mistakes started coming left and right. If I had it to do again I would have run the 2 stop strategy like I was originally going too.
