who ever host for rf use the dedicated exe in game folder it much better way of hostin , pings will be stable and wont get any lag but you do need 2 pc's to do this ,a laptop will be fine if a good lap top that is lol or atleast a 2g pc with 512 ram or more for hosting

hi dudes ;)

just got this link

http://wdt.f1gaming.de/index.html

and as I saw they actually don't have BETA-TESTER!!!!!!

I wrote a mail to them if they search for single racer or for a league to test the r-factor f1-mod they are working at hehe.

So I guess we are the 1st who asked for ;)

Lets wait what they will answer!

... have fun!

Thanks Motorhead for the link. Today rfactor was cool. I hosted the race and we were Euro and NA and 9 driver and no lag at all for what i heard, or only 1-2 had litlle glinche or so.

Even in F1 we do close driving, but mistake happend fast. Today, close racing with 2-3 other car and 4-5-6 lap in row. That was awsome and verry cool. I never had that mutch fighting for a single position. What help, is that those demo car are not fast adn setup are limited, so we can stick togheter easily.

Great event, thanks Dutch for the initiative. I hope be there next time.

yeah conection looked definatly good,.. even no dedicated (wich is posible) and server located in america,.. :D 9 people on it and i didnt notice lag on flows one even though i saw much people with rather high pings around 200 250. So thats looking promising at least.

What it will do with faster cars (f1) im not sure, hopefuly it will perform the same.

About the races we had it was good fun. One of the races i was holding off HJI for some laps but he was verry fast, so after 5 laps i made a mistake. And in last race i tried to cath mac but he also was on a good speed. :D

Hopefuly we can have some good races again next week
