hi boys.....mr c!!!!!!
iv recently been google searching for info on dedicated servers for f1c and mods...alls very simple really,apart from the little detail of no f1c dedicated server program.......
as a serious league a thought one of you guys might be able to help..
im after a 24/7 cheap (iv found one for 110 us bucks a month) hosted dedicated server...

Well you won't find dedicated servers slated for F1 C because as you mention no Dedicated app for it. It can be done.
And if you found one for 110.00 dollars a month then that is cheep.
Depending on how much bandwidth they give you and what the server is comprised of.

Yep, as Hitman and yourself said, there are no F1C dedicated servers. I have been looking myself (FWIW) last summer at porting F1C to the Nascar Thunder 2004 engine (which has a dedicated server, although it's pretty sh1tty as far as dedicated servers go). I have since given up on that project because I did not have the time and it was definitely not something trivial to accomplish.

Hopefully, someone will do a F1 mod for GTR or rFactor someday...
