Maybe we should start to use Launch control for security. With LC everyone start about the same tempo, and this should reduce the number of accidents on first lap. What do you think about this ?
Second proposition is "flying start"

Re: LC question
In the NA division most of the guys use LC and we don't have race start crashes anymore and our approach to T1 is getting better.
I think you guys should try it for at least 1 race and see how it goes.

Re: LC question
That's the reason (other than the fact that it could not be disabled) why it was tolerated in the past even when we had stricter rules (4-wheels-on-track anyone?). Still, drivers have to know how to use LC to not spin themselves between the grid and T1 (it can be tricky when you just want to slow down a little).Piotr Sojda wrote:Maybe we should start to use Launch control for security.

Re: LC question
As for me, as soon as i release the trottle, i dont consider beeing on LC, even if im still on it, this way, i dont screw with LC.
