Bilbo's replay is the server replay. Personal driver's replay may could let you see more for you.
As for restart a race, i would not be in favor of that for this simple reason : you dont like your start or your lost of position... make a crash and try better after restart? If it was possible to make a replay and put implicated driver in back of grid, then maybe. But too complicated to manage and lost of time for eatch restart... sounds bad to my ears.

Nice race guys, from what I saw.
Rules of F1: 1) Do not crash
2) Do not crash on the first lap
3) Do not crash on the first lap into your team mate
4) Do not crash on the first lap into your team mate when he's your brother.
5) Do not crash on the first lap into your team mate when he's your brother and it's his birthday
6) Do not crash on the first lap into your team mate when he's your brother and it's his birthday and he is older than you. It hurts!!!!
