Alonso paid his license 200 000.00€ ($ 312.389.00 US) and its not same from a driver or another, championship point and standing of the past year set the fees of your licence... Alonso said driver should do a stike at GB race to force FIA to think again the way to sets price of those Super-Licence. Kimi and Hamilton said that the price was too high, but was not interested to do a strike. Kubica commented that no, it is not fair the way price are set.

It is simple the way it is calculated finaly, here how it works :

Mosley set the superlicence to : $15 600 plus $3125 per eatch point gained this season. In exemple, Kimi last year won 110pts, and would have to paid this year little more than $300 000 (explained on last year point, but will be aplyable for this year to set the price of next your superlincence. But this is good for new driver, no point earned the year before, so minimum is the fee. The thing is that mosley raised those fee of 400% this year, that is why drivers are frunstrated. At least for now, strike is only rhumor and was not discussed by driver even if some made allusion to it for GB race.
