Vettel will be penalized of 5 positions on grid at next race. Toro Rosso will use his new car with a completely new gear box, and rules say that you must use a gear box for at least 4 races in row. Up to now tey were using last year car with some evolution. Lets see if this brand new STR3 will bring them forward.

The co owner of Toro Rosso, Dietrich Mateschitz, decide to put for sale half of Team's stock and want to complete the transaction before winter. He said that the fuel of car was getting too expensive ( i'm just joking).

Up to now, only Ultimage Motosport (Formula 3) Gave to Red Bull a serious offer for Toro Rosso team.

I doubt you'll see any real difference when france comes along. But who knows every once in a while F1 can be unpredictable. I think Bourdais needs to start getting his act together if he plans on staying in F1 though as well. We'll see.
