Whoa! Good race.

A fast quali lap landed me on the front row.

Race pace was fantastic. Faster than the practice runs.

Unfortunately I lost all low speed driveability after half the stints so I made quite a few mistakes and had to be really paranoid through Club and the final complex.

hi all,
Missed a good qualy , but did a good start , and then my pace did the rest.
For all the first stint i had Mark at my back and i was almost gaining nothing on him , so i was a little warried . Then he did his pit few laps before me so i though he was on 3 stop.
Nice race , congrat all .

Bilbo will take care of that, and he will confirm you if he can do something.

Yeah this was a good race. 7 on the grid and 7 cars finished. :D
Ok so we could have been a few more but this is a start at least......I was worried because when I joined the server with only 20 minutes to go to qualifying we were 3! heheh.....

So....the race, I started 4th but managed to steal 3rd from P2M who lost 2 positions in teh start I think but then I did some stupid things on the first laps and ended up 5th behind Ingo, it took me a couple of laps before I could pass him, was a nice fight and the new physics did its job :D

From here on it was a loooong chase to catch up with P2M in 3rd, he was only 6 seconds ahead but in the beginning I didnt gain at all but after some laps I started to gain a couple of tenths every lap.....in the middle of the 2nd stint I had almost caught up with him when he SPINS!
Damnit dude....I was looking forward to a mega fight there but noooo..... :D

DP was on a 3-stopper and managed to get a drive through penalty also i think so I could steal 2nd position, could have been close since he was only 28 seconds behind me when we finished.

I like the new physics more and more....it has brought us more and more together in terms of race pace (with ONE exception ofcourse). Qualifying is still the same with alien speed from the aliens  :D

Good qualy lap for me, 16,8 i knew i would be able to do that lap without much trouble as i could do the same in practise so that was ok, then i decided to stay with 3 stops and hoped p2mnoob would hold drago long enough down in the first stint. But that didnt realy happend, had a terrible start and drago went from p3 to p1 so mine strategie was already gone, just tried to stay on drago's tail.

Anyway made a silly mistake, was pitting and acidently pushed the limiter button while i wanted to go trough the lcd mode exceeded speed limit and so got a drive trough.

I was on 3 stops, when the 1st stint evolved i knew it would be good enough for 2nd place but then i got that drive trough so had to fight back again. At a point i lost concentration so was difficult to do the 18 low laps wich i could in first stint. Anyway it felt good physiks feels good and im happy, next time i hope to be closer to drago just need a bit more practise i think, ive been verry busy last weeks so couldnt practise so much.
Regards,
Mark Aalberts
