can't we alredy now decide that you are free to use whatever track you want on the start/finish str8 for the race? I mean , i really see no point in not allowing this - as its how real f1 drives.

that is with the regular physics, i havent even tried the new bmw physics yet, guess i need to get on that! that was with keeping 2 tires within the curbing and white line down the front straight. aaron, i downloaded the track from the track thread in private section, as well as aiw update.

We have always been allowed to use all the track side on finish line strait in France circuit.
Last year it was the same, so unless admins decide something different , you can drive (at your risck loool) everywhere on the finish strait line.
All the rest of the track follows the "two wheels on track" rule .

qualify=13.89 i was 6tenths up on that and threw it away at the last chicane

i just downloaded the bmw 07 physics and im going to give them a go tonight.

ok, new physics for me are slower right now. 17.1 with race fuel, but i need to completely redo the setup because all the settings changed

In the 1:15's with the new physics.

Along the start/finish straight you are allowed to run on the YELLOW & BLACK stripped part of the track.
We did it last season and they do it in real F1, I checked it already. :)

Well Brad, admin run a poll for 7 days, and im shure that when it will be over, they will post an official awnser. As soon as it will be official, all server will be updated, unless someone will host a test server with new physic, this can be done or by Bilbo or by SteveB, or i dont know.

well, i hope someone is going to be nice enough to give me a setup, i cannot find front end grip. no matter what i try, i just cannot get the ballance right, ive done a 14.8in qualify, but only once, most of the time, 15.3-5. i hope this doesnt sound shitty, i know i can go faster, i seem to have problems whenever new physics are introduced, once i finally get it im ok, but i havent "got" these new physics yet. hopefully ill find some peeps in the practice servers soon
