Very busy @ the Miranda home

Hello my Friends/Family
As of late most know that I have been very busy.
Family
My wife because of prior illness has cut her work to 2 days a week.
Although that is not a big deal as for money at the moment anyway but it do's hamper our retirement but I am ok with that.
Our Daughter (Amanda is pregnant with twins we know one is a boy my first Grandson I am just beside myself about this the 2nd baby we do not know weather it is a boy or girl because of its position but both baby's are very healthy. Although Amanda is having some difficulty's in the last week that the Doctor put her on a months bed rest. Well with that she has a very rambunctious 2 year old so I/We have been going over and helping with our first Grand baby On my way home from work I stop by and play with her and get her tired so she do's not bug Mom.
My Wife is pitching as much as she can but her health is slowing her down.

Work
Well I am very very busy putting in 12 hours out of the house landscaping with the crew and doing another 4 to 6 hours at home doing the designing.
I just got another contract of 500 townhouses that will be starting in two weeks Thank god we will be doing about 30 or 40 at a time as they are finished. But with this I have 25 different Landscaping designs to do to give the buyers a diffrent choice on there landscaping what a pain in the A..ssssssssssss this is. On top of this I have already a set schedule for the next few months so my time is well on the edge.
With all of the above there is for sure going to be races missed.
Example since Spain I have not touched RF or put a lap in @ Monaco and this is not a track that I can just jump in to and expect not to kill myself or somebody else.
So with that I will not be at Monaco that is for sure.
I will be asking someone to back me on the Admin side of things.
The real reason I post this is that with me missing races and not being able to commit to a full season.
I ask all if you would like me to open my seat up and make it avaliable.
I can not promise or even guess how many races I will make I know I will make some just not all.
Of course I will be staying on as Admin when I make a comment I do all I can to keep it. Although I might be a little late with my replay watching.

In the Pic the lower baby is the boy he is the one that is pushing on Mama's uruis wall causing the bleeding.
