No Aids Racing

I am sorry, i did an update on the website in rules section a bad click before the hiting the save button and when i saved, i lost all the text format, and i went back in a big text block.

I will fix this in the next 24hours.

Rules section is 95% fixed. At least, it is now readable . I still have some little things to adjust, was not easy to split it back in part. i will take a look at it monday night, just to make sshure that all update ask by admin are done correctly.
