I thought I would show you the new toy for next years NAR battles.
I will use the current momo to finish out the season and hook the logitech G25 up for GTR2 which I also bought.350 dollars canadian and it was the only one in future shop.The shifter is a six speed manula with push down reverse as well.It can also be a rachet shifter.

Yeah i saw one like that at Costco (ClubPrice) 2-3 years ago, i should of bought it, was in real red leather and chrome. They only had a batch and i never found one again. Maybe was not good or too expensive, was about that prize also.

Yeah shure not same, but it was a Momo, pedal seem same, but it did not had the manual side shifter. As i can see on the pict, the back shifter are on the wheel, like bilbo said.

Yep those big shiny things are the paddle shifters.
The wheel is prolly the most comfortable wheel I have ever used.
More like a newer camaro steering wheel.The six speed shifter feels fantastic.Hard to miss a shift with this one.You can put the shifter anywhere on your desk and clamp it down..The wheel turns 2 full turns from one side to the other.The dual motor force feedback system is quiet and feels good.
It is definitely a heavy duty gaming wheel.

Only 2 button on wheel, but you may be able to still use the one on the second shiter, 4 more on it.

Ok yea I see the paddles now from the pic they look like part of the wheel. Dam my eyes get worse by the day.
A few weeks back I look on the Logic site but they don't talk about the paddle shifters.

Yea buttons on the wheel is one of the big topics.
I have six on my MSFF and I use 5 of then durring the race. I guess with a lot of practice I/You would get used to useing the ones on the shifter.

I have been playing the new GTR2 with it and I am quite happy with the feel of the wheel and the 900 degree turning radius.If you set the shifter real close to the steering wheel you can just reach a few inches to touch the red buttons.Since I only use speed limiter(right button) and neutral(left button).I set the other buttons on the shifter for pit request ,lcd navigation,and brake bias.The gtr2 car physics are great.Unfortunately the netcode is no comparison for rfactor.Ironically,with gtr2 they also packaged gt legends as a bonus.See what happens when you use starforce protection in your game?Most knowledgable people stay away from starforce games because they cannot use an exe to start the game instead of the disc..I take care of my discs so it is no big deal to me.I don't mind these games as long as I have my new fancy dancy steering wheel jethro.LOL....

Oh well...those two buttons keep me from even thinking about buying this wheel. I've had Red momo for 6 years. I need a new one soon but I know with all the manual driving @ NAR two buttons are 4 too few. But I guess it will be great in Rally I like rally games. Yeah! that stick would be worn after few months Ok, maybe excaggerated a bit ...

i'd like to know if g25 gives less resistance in very fast left/rigth turn than my driving force pro .
If i move very fast from left to rigth and viceversa , even at very low speed, the wheel offers too mutch resistence to the movement , and if i leave my hands from the wheel during a turn , it realign in centre position too slowly.
Maybe with its 2 motor g 25 is better.

Ahhhh Drago.You are like me I see.I have one half built but it is made of tube steel.I have yet to get the racing seat for it but thats my christmas present muhahaha.The brake pedal is stiffer by far than the black momo or any other wheel i,ve used.I took the pedals apart right away(which was also very easy)and I switched the brake spring with the clutch spring.An hour and a half with that stiff a spring and no simulator to sit in yet.The springs are standard springs you could get at any industrial tool retailer.Now about your point about resistance.The momo and other steering wheels use a small gear on the motor and a big gear on the wheel..This momo uses a medium wheel gear and two bigger than normal gears on the twin motors.The results speak for itself.In australia,I lost the backend in a corner(was just in front of flow).I fishtailed like 2or 3 times.Caught it no problem.My black momo wouldn't have cut it.I've tried..LOL....More even gearing on the wheel means the motors don't have to turn as fast...Thus...less resistance on quick turns...any other questions?...oh ya the pots are just like my microsoft ff wheel pots.And I still use that after 4 years ..so I don't think the pots will be a problem...
