Qualif
Ho well i did a real great one, +.054 behind the pole of Hitman, was real fun.
My race
I fly in front of Hitman at start, then went alot solo in front, seing nobody, but with the hard job of driving and wathcing chronos in back, Seem to have alot of change lead for second position. Carrera went to 7 sec of me, was a nightmare pushgin so hard. At lap 63, i was 23 sec in front, and said, Hey, wy not just save my brakes, just in case. So i start to think to slow down and prepare a pitstop of no change of tire and just few laps of fuel, just in case. Then i got distrack, Hit the grass and Bang in the wall. Lost back wing. SORRY carrera, i went on track, trying to find were i was going, with those spun, and lost orientation. You came so fast in back i just wait and made you go in grass. Oups, i felt bad!!! You were lucky, sorry.
Then my suspension was too damage, aslo got penality for speedin in pit, a stop and go to do, went back on track, few corner later, let pass a car, saw carrera come back close to me from grass, so i esc, i felt to dangerous with my bad suspension.
Was still a fun race, alot of chalenge to save my precious time in front.

i watched the replay of my 1st pit stop and it did not count that lap, i pitted on lap 25, and the whole next lap was also lap 25, lol, so i would appreciate it if the bosses would look into that, i think it cost me at least one spot
Had great fun racing bilbo on several occasions !! and congrats to Carrera, and bummer for flow !!

Well what can I say about that one.
Again a nice start and run into and out of the first turn.Thats what racing is all about.I settled for like 3rd or so from the beginning.I qualified3rd so when the lights went green.Go Go Go.Flow and Brad squeezed through in front of me and off went flow.I shadowed Brad for half a lap then nudged him coming out of one of the corners. He did a 360 and got back on track. My apologies for that.I ended up in the grass so I was a bit farther behind and had to work my way up.Like flow said.Within 7 seconds and I was hoping that my pit in and out would keep me there .Nope wrong...Hit the wall and took off my front wing and just hit the pitcrew button imediately.I thought the crew would not be ready in time for me.They were but the car was never quite the same after that.Lost a barge board.Front difuser and waht felt like a broken or damaged roll bar.I was settling for second to flow as he was gaining time on me.I felt pretty bad when I saw his time to me diminish.I knew he had to have damage. When I caught him I went to the outside and he made a 50\50 guess where I was going. He also went to the outside and I had to go onto the grass to avoid hitting him..Just a bad break and I made a few msitakes after that but eventually got the victory.I felt prety bad though as flow had that race controlled till the end.Tough luck young man.Canada here we come to try again.wheeeeeeee...oh and thanx to the guys who were so courteous and moved over.Even onto the grass to let the leaders through.

I haven't run a race this poorly in a long time. Quite frankly I'm rather ashamed of my actions tonight. I got a bad start then saw steve b go off in the sand trap. The next corner I ran off into it as well. Not a great start for the scuderia I was thinking. By the time I got it out i was around 22 seconds back. Steve was all over me in the infield and I made a few mistakes and maybe it seemed like I was blocking him but I hope your not too mad at me.

He got a run on me on the infield straight and I gave him the corner but he ran in a little deep so I took the position back. Somewhere after that I think he spun or lost time. The next thing I knew he was out and I felt really bad hoping I didn't contribute to it. I was trying really hard to keep up with xz and spun. I was trying to get back going again and poor bilbo t-boned me. Sorry m8 hope it didn't cause too much problems. I was just a mess tonight. I've been struggling big time here and in canada with a lack of pace. My canada setup is equally bad so I'm not looking forward to that race either. It's starting to feel more like a job than fun these days.

NP about that Aaron, my car was already damaged from an earlier accident and when I hit you, I was already on my way to a scheduled pitstop so the effect was minimal, don't worry. It just happened at such a place where I could not really see you or do anything before I hit you...

I agree AARON.
No worries buddy.
I lost TOTAL concentration at the start because of something I would rather NOT mention and ended up going straight on at T1...I prayed I didn't take anyone with me and looked like I didn't interrupt anyone's race there so I was happy.
I thought the same thing when I was trying to get out of the sand trap I stalled it 2 times and saw you were having the same problem I was and we both got back on track at about the same time...LOL.
We had a pretty good battle till I spun thinking that FLOW was comming I just pressed ESC, no need to battle at that point was going to be a long race and to do 73 laps was NOT going to happen.
I had a friggin great setup too and that always seems to be the case...BAD SETUP I finish...GREAT SETUP I DNF
I am very sure I had pace to battle with some of you in the upper mid field but looks like it was just a SHIT night.

About my race: I had a surprisingly good qualification in 5th position but that 1:12.0 was actually my PB by half a second over my old PB...
The start of the race itself went well, I managed to hold my position and saw a red car cut the line in front of me at T1 without hitting anyone, so I figured "so far, so good". A few corners later, I found myself in a very surprising P2 right behind Flow. At the start of the next lap, I see Hitman and Brad catching me quickly down the front straight so, since they're much faster than me at this track, I figure I'll just let them by so they can attack Flow and actually fight for the championship. Unfortunately, I miscalculated my move and found myself in the (quick-)sand and was about P10 when I finally started racing again.
Had a bit of fun passing some people after that and working my way up to Juan (4th at the time) when I had my first pitstop (planned on a 2-stopper). Things went well and within a couple of laps I was less than a second from Juan, until I screwed up the long left hander leading to the back straight and slammed my car in the wall. Now, with a bent suspension and no front wings, I actually stalled 3 times before I could get out of that sandbox. Now, it was just a matter of saving things until the end of the race or until I hit another wall and quit the race. I managed to make it to the end of the race, fighting a car that always wanted to go left (on a track that turns mostly to the right), had a few fights with Steve while doing that (always a pleasure

), lightly rear-ended Paul somewhere on the first part of the track (sorry), t-boned Aaron at the end of S2 (sorry too), moving over for nothing because I thought some car in front was lapping me (even when they were either too far away or had stopped at the pits in the meantime, did this more than once

) and just generally lost LOTS of time playing in the sand by my own fault (I should have brought a shovel).
It was a fun race at times but I would not consider this a "good" race for me.

If you ever do that again, il esc with you!!!

Dont be that mutch scared of me. If i can figure were you going to put aside, i fly on the good side and if not, i slow down a little behind laped car, just to give us both chance to wait to a good moment. All lap car let me go realy fine, thanks.
Only once when aaron went back on track, i slow down alot, but when i tried to push to pass, i spun, but it was not aaron fault, was mine.
And Carrera, yes i lead from lap 1 to +/-60 and lost it all there. I just didnt be enough carefull since it was in the pocket. I was just disapointed on first tought that i race all that for nohting... but few minutes after, i told my self, hey, wining is fun yeah, but most important is that we were alot of driver that made alot of fun on track and nothing was done for nothing tonight. So lets just have more fun again next weekend in Canada!

Good Race

Hello All
Great fun race.
Congrates to Carrera and Juan
And all who finished.
My Race was good in fact it was better then I thought. I knew my race pace was not great so I was thinking a 4th place finish. And only luck got me to 2nd.
I feel bad for Flow I know what that feels like remember Nurmberg ring.
Well I poled with was a great feeling and not expected I thought for sure Brad or Carr or even Flow would be in the 10's but we where 5 in the 11's wow it was close.
And that just made me even more nerves and my start showed it. Flow got passed me Brad got Pass me.
Me and Brad had a few good laps I could tell he was heavy so I tried to put some preasure on. (Seems everyone went the with a lot of top speed)
So my setup was great in the in field but others would pull away on the striahgt My setup was un drivable if I did that) Well Brad got a little to heavy on the thorttle and spun off so I passed him with the hope to get away from Carr and catch Flow put Flow just disapeared and I made a few mistakes and Carr passed me.
After that is was just trying to stay com and on track I settled for 3rd after seeing that I could not push enough to catch the leaders.
I did a 2 stopper with a combined 78 laps of fuel but that was not enough so I had to pit one more time tords the end just in case.
But all in all with only a few small mistakes great race.
I think we should all be proud to finish here since it is so hard to setup for here in Indy. at least the first turn did not turn in to a junk yard like the real race.
Cu in Canada
Hitman

Well I stupidly missed out yesterday

. During qualifying, my wheel went out just after a few turns. So I decided to lay around until everyone had done their turn and fell asleep!! What the F***?! I woke up at lap 58! It really sucks man... I am still kicking myself. Oh well.
Congrats to the winner and finishers all the same. There is a lesson to learn from this: Stay away from your bed during qualifying and from the booze the night before

Hehe, we tried to wait for you and get your attention but after more than 20 minutes of warmup, we decided the race-launch horn was our last resort. Seems like it did not work for you...

not a good race for me. i was happy with my qualify, i figured with my down-force configuration i would gain some spots. as juan can tell you, i had a pretty low setting! sucks about what happened with carrera, kinda screwed my race, but it was my fault because off how slow i went through the corner. i knew the first 2-3 laps were going to be tough, i was just trying to do the best i could. btw, i was going to let you by on that straight, offcorse know way for you to know that! anyways, from there on out i was behind someone or spinning for a while, and basically screwed my tires early. fun dice with juan, it cost about 12 seconds, but that's the breaks. by lap 15 the tires were crap, i should have been in mid 12s, but was low to mid 13s. by lap 30, i had 10 to go, and could barely control the car, after spinning yet again, i said screw it. i might have gotten 6-8th, but who knows. i never could find the setup for this track, odd considering last year. oh well, on to canada, i think this will be my usa this year
