Microsoft have desactivated some function of auto showing Macromedia Flash animation on new version of theyr browser. So you will need to click once or hit Enter key to activate the site eatch time you refresh your .html page. From what a programmer told me about 'This is the result of a court fight between Adobe and Microsoft'. Adobe have release some instruction/patch to web site builder to avoid this stupid little game that Microsoft is playing.

I think that microsoft if cutting grass under his feet. If they start to be so pain in the ass, this could make people switch to Firefox or other, so they will be penalized cause of theyr stupid action.

This is a result of the Eolas patent which they won against Microsoft. It affects all plug-ins (ActiveX) in general, not just Flash or Java. Microsoft is mostly forced to do this because they lost their cause (or would have to pay big $$$) regarding plug-in technology.
