One important thing here is that you, the drivers, send in reports about hits and accidents and anything that you feel is in need to be looked at.
PM a supervisor (Klaaz in EURO, Bilbo and Flow in NA) with the lap and which driver it concerns. This will help us get the official results done faster. So please send in reports after the race, even if you are only looking at the replay and spot something with any driver that might need to be looked at. No later than tuesday after race sunday though.
Here is how we try to work with this:
The Supervisors from the NA and EURO division is responsible for looking at the replays and taking care of the reports. When the supervisors have watched the replay they follow our rules and recomend what penalty is in place to give. If there are doubts we discuss it and (hopefully) come to a conclusion that everyone can agree with.
MAC, you are not under investigation, you are under probation

.....this mean that we will look extra hard on your replay next race and make sure that this was a "one timer". Accidents do happen, thats why we think the probation is a very good way to give the driver a heads up and give a chance to prove that it was nothing more than just an accident.
I hope this makes sense to you guys. We are trying our best to make the racing as fair and fun as possible. Now lets go to SepaaaaaanG!

Uhh ok I have a question though.Does that mean the next race we get 20 seconds added on to our times or does that mean 20 seconds added on to our time in Bahrain??just want to clarify that.

The time penalties are applied to your total time for the race that you're penalized for. Said otherwise, yes, it applies to last race.
Of course, the probations apply to the next race(s).

The only thing that is reported to next race are the probation situation for 1 race.
All penalized driver that receive warning or penality are under probation on next race. If its still repeated, then penality is little harder, exemple : instead of 30 sec, penality is double +60sec. After probation is over (1race) then you come back to normal penality.
If penality after penality and nothing is change, that driver will receive a more severe one, and can even skip a race.
This is normal and needed. Imagine some driver spending 20 hours to practice and get hit by a driver that we feel didnt even do few laps... possibility of 22 driver on grid... hehe. This will control new driver and more older memebr to respect eatch other.
Its a few hours of wathcing replay of all driver. All penality deserved need all supervisor and BigBoss to agree on it, we all see the replay, and we discuss all of the penalized driver.

Also we dont want to take off the fun of close racing. exemple Juan and EXX did for 4-5 laps position exchange and seem to both have fun to do it. But they got so many touch between them, but no big hit, so we only warn them. Because its not all driver that like those so close 'touch' driving.
We give penality to dangerous driving, we want to keep up the fun in respect.
