Public forum posting policy

Right now you must register to post in the public forum. This prevents abuse but deters casual visitors from posting. Seeing as most of the NAR-related discussions will take place here in the private forum I am thinking that maybe we should open up the public forum so you don't need to register.
Only drawback I see is the potential for abuse by some disgruntled or otherwise unhappy person.
