Does someone know what is the difference between :
60,70,72,75 hertz ?

Also, I have a new monitor and i tried my game EnnemyTerritory from Wolfenstein, and i have a driver setup from LG for that game and when i put it on, my graphic were alot better and smother. I opened my F1C game and the general graphic, even my car, are all like big pixel, and its not realy fun.

My grahic card is a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 ( i know il have to get a better one...)
Monitor is a 19inches LG monitor, FLATRON L1951S

Any can help me out to understand few things?

Yeah no problem Flow. The 60 through 75 is the frequency on the monitor VERTICALLY. The higher you set the frequency the less the monitor flickers and therefore feels more nice to work at, especially when you sit in front of the monitor for a longer period of time.

There is usually also a setup for HORIZONTICALLY frequency, both in monitor menu and in drivers. In the graphic driver it's something like vertical and horizontical can be adjusted to work syncroniously (sBell?) but I always switch it off.

So in game and in windows general i set my vertical frequency as high as the monitor allows.

Try getting the newest official driver from Nvidia, Flow and see if it solves the strange pixel problem you have in games. http://www.nvidia.com.
