Could someone tell me how/when i get informed if ill be accepted to this league racing?

Since my curent leagues all finnished i am looking for another place to have fun
Also would like to stick with my curent teammate and want to bring him in along,but hey..howlong can it take..

Dont wanna stop searching for nice places (and there are loads of it) just because i aint informed.

DP is still the one who is best placed to answer all your questions, but I would guess that your "membership status" (for lack of a better term) is tightly linked to the Euro div successfully getting access to a big race server (see other threads)...
