1) It is only testing, so it's not necessarily representative of "real" season performance. Some teams may hide their cards...

2) That guy, Andrew Ranger, has never touched a CC car before, except for (I think) a single test with another ChampCar team (where he blew his rivals away but, for some reason, the deal was not made). The kid was driving karts just 3-4 years ago. I believe we're not done seeing his name at the top of the result sheets! That guy is REALLY good, he's not there just because he has money (unlike that other kid, Nelson Philippe).

Thank god I don't watch champcar racing,
I think champcar racing is ok but I usually go for the big bucks winners like f1 and occasionally NASCAR because of the good scraps that happen between drivers after the race is over.It is sure nice though to see "jos the boss"racing open wheel again in a premier series. He has always been very fast but just got stuck in the political bullshit in f1.That was a drag.

Hello Guys
Up untill this last year I have watched and enjoyed Cart and go down to long beach for the Toyota grand prix every year but for some reason and maybe last season Not sure I am old and time flies when you are old  Speed chanel lost the rights to show the races so I have not seen much of it. So I have lost touch but I will be going to the GP again this year.

Nice to see Verstappen getting some
