No Aids Racing

It has been some time since I posted; I trust this message will find all of you well.

I have (2) questions;

1) Are there any MOMO users out there that would swear that there pedals allowed more vehicle performance one day than another? In other words, perhaps the pedals somehow forgot how much travel they had throughout the course of a race.

2) Is there anyone out there using a momo wheel and some other brand of pedals

do you have the black Momo Ech? if so it is well known that the pedals are garbage, i have one and ended up buying Act Labs pedals, and the problem is solved, unfortunately, Act Labs discontinued them. my gas pedal would lose about 25% travel, and the only way to fix it was to unplug the usb cord, and plug it back in, but it would eventually do it again. I would try to find some different pedals if i were you, maybe you could find a set on E Bay, i'm pretty sure cart found some

That sounds about right. the max speed I am able to attain with the vehicle drops off as the session goes on. (Not Tire or damamge related).

Are the active labs USB? Are there any other options?

Yeah, I have had the red MOMO wheel for about 3 years now and I still haven't had a problem with it, too bad they don't make it anymore. I had a similar problem with the pedals, even though I had a different set. Eventually I bought a set of Performance pedals before they discontinued them, and I was not sorry. Then, I got a whole Act Labs set off E-bay for around $425-WAY more than I wanted to spend, but I got the wheel, shifter, and another set of pedals (I'm probably going to sell the wheel because I don't use it, along with the extra set of pedals.)

Oh by the way, the pedals, shifter, and clutch are all like 9-pin connections (like a keyboard or mouse) but they all plug into a cartridge that converts them all to a single USB connection, and they all install automatically without any CD's.

I am probably going to bite the bullet and buy a set of Thomas industries pedals....add the wheel later. Any of you guys hear anything one way or the other about them?

MJC 540 has the Thomas Wheel and pedals, and absolutely loves em
