[Nar] mark stays
Im not sure yet if i wil drive nar next year, depends on the time we gonna have the race, i actualy hoped it would be a bit earlyer like 18.00
Then someting else, nar mark didnt told about it yet but he is testing some sort of server, 100mbit

we tested in GTR and it seems to work ok, 30 drivers no problem.
We only need to test it for F1C, when it works i think we can drive togheter na and euro with an full gridd

Yo chimpster,
It is a bitch to get everything just right to join a server on nar with all the mods and trackpacks and such.It would be better to just wait a week until our resident mod maker extraordinare Bilbo does up the NAr 2005 season and it will only be a single install seperate from the rh series of mods .That will make it easier to install and join the NAR servers.Other than that you would have to reinstall f1c and put in the rh2003 and patches then put in NAR 2004...then put in the track packs...so it would be more of a pain to do that than to just wait until the new one comes out m8.I think we have all dealt with the CTD syndrome because one thing misplaced or misinstalled will result in the ctd.

I second what Carrera said. The 2005 mod is on its way and should be ready in a matter of days (at least in beta form).
If you happen to be the maso type, you can try reinstalling everything from scratch (including F1C itself) and read the readme's included with the mod and track packs and install everything EXACTLY as mentioned. There is an order to this madness but it's too easy to make mistakes (which is the reason why I'm now redoing the whole mod in easy-to-use format).
<Thanks for the nice words, Carrera!

Wel i dont want to be impatient or so,...
But can you tell me how are you doing the update tantra esci tracks etc etc,.. are you gonna put them also in the mod???

Yep, that's the goal. It's gonna be a single (very big) installer that installs everything at once. So you won't have to bother with RH, Tantra, ESCI, Ethone or whatever else as what used to be needed is now part of the upcoming mod.
I call it the Precious mod. One mod to install them all and in darkness, race them.
