No Aids Racing

Well sorry to here that Carr and Boon hope it works out for the next one.

My Race well
I had a great start (Don't know if Drago and Phil backed off on purpose) but I got out in front and pushed trying to get some air between me and Drago and Phil they are seconds faster then all of us so my only hope was to pray and push. It was short lived as Drago got up and passed me in rather short time I think with in 4 laps or so. I did not give up I tried to keep him behind me and give him a fight but I went a little wide and he zoomed by so then I was just trying to give him a race so I pushed as hard as I could to stay with him I was not going to pass (I just wanted to stay someone close maybe put a little pressure) But at turn 4 pushing hard I passed my braking point and lost control I hit Drago (I don't think he got a lot of Damage but still Sorry Drago)
My Damage was not big still drivable game out in 6th and fought for the rest of the race to catch up and pass I got up to Ingo and Steve but then lost it again and had to fight again to catch up. Steve made a mistake and I got pass him a few laps later I cault Ingo in the pits and passed him there. He must have had more Damage then me (Since he was there first and I got my damage fixed and was still able to pass him. That gave me 3rd so I pushed and stayed somewhat com and slowly made some time on Drago and Phil I was sure they where just cruising and having fun fighting ans they where way ahead at this point.

I only got 2nd because Drago stopped before the finish line to wave at the pit crew and crowed
Not sure if he did this on purpose or he really did not realize he had not finished yet.
So in truth the top 3 where more then likely

Phil
Hitman
But hey thats life for me I am happy with 3rd was a fun race.

These cars are very twitchy at the rear end but they are fun to race around
At certain points I had mine sideways true the corners

The next one will be even better for me the 2nd race and I see a lot of improvement I doubt I will be close to Drago but hey I am trying to give him a run.

I might be out of the game for some time as I've been having internet problems since a couple of days. Roughly every 30 seconds, I get for 30 seconds of total packet drops. So now I can barely check my emails and surf the web (when I get the timing right) but anything that requires a connection for more than ~30 seconds does not work anymore. I thought it was something intermittent that would fix itself but I guess I will have to call my ISP now as I have done all the testing I could on my side of the cable modem and nothing helps. And since a big snowstorm is forecast for tomorrow and Monday, I don't expect much service from my ISP for a few days if they have to send a technician up a pole...

BTW, this could cause some slowdowns on "www.noaidsracing.com". I'll work something out with Flow if the problem lasts for more than a few days.

Another Great BMWM3GTR CUP update 2.1 Race, at Mills, it was 25 Laps of action and fun,
great Qualy, and good racing, thats what we all want.

I was suprise to do a 12's in qualif. In race, at start, i felt park on the grid when i went from 3rd to 9th before 1st corner fighting back my way up, i have few moment with Steve, when he did a mistake at last curve, i did the inside. Then it was Brad, had hard time to pass him, and he mistake at end of straight, then it was hell of 7-8 laps of fight to keep him behind, i had to drive so defensively, hope i didnt done any illegal blocking. After my pit, i was had a clear easy 3rd in my pocket. So i decide to slow a little, and that cause me mist my braking point, went wide in wall, brake the suspension and broke the engine. Bad crash at lap 20, with 15 sec behind 2nd and +15 in front of back pack.

Ingo and Brad fight alot on last 5-6 laps, and i think same for Mark and Drago, not shure what hapend. I dont know if i was responsible for Hitman spun in T4, but sorry if it was me, that put you back of all for almost all race.

Thanks for Drago for setup sharing, and nice from him to put an weight penality to slow him a little.

I would like the replay of the race, if any can PM me if they have it, i could give him access to my ftp adress.

This is not Final but beware all That our next race a Toban Long might be at night or dusk I set the server up for 6:00 pm I have yet to test it and see how it looks so if anyone could and has time check it and see if it is doable I figure this is our best chance since it is two weeks away and we can have a little more practice time at it.
Or if there is a better track you know of speak up I have been looking around but have not seen any that are acthully set up for night races.

first race back, what alot of fun. i downloaded the mod on saturday, got a setup from ingo, who got it from drago, who got it from some fab guy jk, drago. anyways, i was in the low 12s the first day, thinking i was a badass, untill drago tells me about the penelty weight, and proves it with his time!! so sunday, now ive been humbled, im ready for the race. qualify second, but with no weight penelty i should point out. got a great start(launching the meganes are a bit tougher, and ive had to get good at launches when racing 40+ fields of wreckers!!!) so led most of lap one until mark got me, then sliped back to 3rd. went of at end of straight and slightly damaged the car, allowing flow and steve to get by. worked my way back to them, was fighting with flow, went for pit and ran out of gas right before pit in.....doh! came back out worked my way to battle with ingo for 3rd after flow went out. ingo-sorry about that first pass, at that point i thought i was just going to slide off the track, instead i parked it right infront of you! the last lap pass is a tough one, i thought you saw me take the inside line, but i did rub on you a little going through the corner, sorry about that. anyways, got a 3rd and had alot of fun!!!

I did a good start , and ok , i had some weigh penalty , but it was not easy to handle the car with someone like Mark at my back who was reducing the gap lap by lap ;
and that brake at every lap at the end of the strait , i was just womdering : "Will the car turn now.....?" lol

I just was a bit angry on mineself because i made a few smal mistakes, i closed the gap to drago 2 times and each time i came within a second i made a silly mistake under braking so i never realy could atack him for position, same happend in the last lap i realy thought i could pass him on the long straight under braking there,.. o well next time ill be there again i hope. Will also add a few penalty weight kg to level it out, its fun racing

Well, last sunday, i remind in the server to Brad that they were no race... he was waiting for the race to start. If i can, i will be there, i practice enough last weekend.

We got Boons internet fixed up solid so we will be there probably with Curtis as well to fill up the grid more.We just need more good racers here.Boon has 5 computers(one is mine..noone touches that..LOL).Boon and I have G25's and the other 3 have momo steering wheels.I leave my 8800 GTS machine here at home and race with the boys over there(after a couple of beers)..LOL...great fun...We'll all be there today to have a blast.
Lets get it on.
p.s.after watching the Pay per view UFC match last night I am ready to bang fenders...LOL...

i will probably race today, 90% i will...

100% sure I will miss this one and probably the next few races also. I still have connectivity issues that prevent me from keeping any connection for more than a few seconds at a time...

damn, that sucks Bilbo, these races are fun as hell, get it fixed man !! hehe
