F1 in Montreal 2010 discussion while FOTA anounced a split
Its getting closer to reality. Government are putting on table 75M instead of 50M, and now bernie set a meeting for more discussion about an agreement. Now its bernie side.

Lets first see if we even have F1 next year, looks like we are a step closer to a split.

Re: F1 in Montreal in 2010?
Few parts of the news
The FIA plans to launch legal proceedings against the Formula One Teams Association following its decision to form a breakaway series. (...) "This is nothing to do with sport anymore, it's more politics and more about egos fighting against each other," he said following practice at Silverstone on Friday. "The FIA cannot permit a financial arms race in the Championship nor can the FIA allow FOTA to dictate the rules of Formula One," said the statement. "The FOTA teams endeavoured to the very end to reach an agreement, but regrettably the FIA refused to back down from its rigid position, insisting that the teams must first sign up before there could be any negotiations on the rules. This was unacceptable to us."

Well what do you know, even though the FIA were saying they stood firm for the 2010 budget cap it looks like they now know that
the FOTA weren't joking.
Bernie has said that the bigger teams should be able to spend what they want.
