The reason is that the system was accepted at first, and after tought, the FIA decide it was not alowed. At Germany, race marshall said that it was legal, and ok with rules, but the FIA didnt agree, so thats why they went in court to decide of it.Ingo wrote:Alonso have tu loose at this moments some victory ore points

Its like the FIA saying yes to BMW about 'twin tower' and revise decision after to say no, then you cant penalized team for that. At the moment FIA decide to change mind about it utilisation, all team, including renault stop the use of it untill court decide if yes or no its legal. so you cant penalized Renault or any other team.
Ferrari, McLaren and Honda (and maybe other team) are using the same system, only Renault is more implicated, since they invented it, and other team just copied it. The team that officialy present a modification/invention for the 1st time, is responsable of it, even if other copy it. But all team was ask to assist the reunion, since all are concern by the use of the damper.
