My forum page show at the bottom that DanTheMan is 37 today, is that realy good? Hehe, your getting closer to the "40"! :mrgreen:

Yep, I turned 37 a few days ago. Getting old...

But not heavier. I'm now down to the same weight I had 20 years ago and I'm more fit than ever. I exercise ~7 times/week, leaving precious little time for things like keeping up with NAR. I've lost 47 kg (103 lbs) in the last 3 years. Yeah!

Congrats Dan, well double congrats make birthday and loose 47 kg, damn thats some exercise m8, what u on, :)
getting in Shape for the Ladies huh? 8) ,
well i have to start do some exersice to, geting lazy and to much booze, :) but 7 days a week will be to much for me i think,

Congrats Dan for your effort in loosing weight. I know that it is not easy. For me, it is hard to gain weight, lol figure why. Ive seen some pict of you cicling. Keep it up!
