About the settings, please note that the rules have been relaxed a bit from the usual NAR rules: Cockpit view is NOT mandatory and Auto Clutch is allowed. Full flags (safety car) usage will be re-evaluated after practice.

Car: Bilbo - JMB Racing - Maserati MC12 2010 #01 (from the "XtremeFactor Classics" - 2010 cars) - just because I like the color and the few stickers. 8)

That was in DMY format so it actually starts on July 9th 2011. Welcome to the great date format confusion and the reason why I always (unless specified otherwise) write dates as YMD, the only format that is never ambiguous.

22 CET (10PM) = 16 EDT (4 PM) = 13 PDT (1PM, unless I'm wrong  )

Reminder: The first event is tomorrow (Saturday July 9th) @ 22:00 (10PM) Central Euro Time - 16:00 (4PM) Eastern Time - 13:00 (1PM) Pacific Time.

This should be interesting as many drivers have close times to other drivers.

Hmmm, 50 laps? With 4X fuel and tire wear? We'll be spending half of the race in the pits!! Haha, maybe we need to rethink the laps on a per track basis. 50 laps on the 1st track is a LONG race. at + 2 mins per lap, it will be longer than our full length F1 races.

I will be driving the Matech Ford GT #12.
I may be slow, but at least I'm consistantly slow !

Fun first race, unfortunately I screwed myself by damaging the car on lap 2 or three, and had a 90 sec pit stop. A very fun mod and track!!

That was an interesting race. I had found some speed in practice just before the race, improving my PB by about 2 seconds.I managed to bring some of that speed in qualy where I got an unexpected pole. As usual, I couldn't hold to it in the race and I spun in the 1st lap, going dead last.

Still, I'm happy just to have finished this race, my hopes weren't very high after last week's test and further practice this week. I'm happy that my inconsistencies did not kill me today, although it's not from lack of trying!

Thanks to everyone for the race and see you next week in England!
